Manchester Central — the old Central station, now one of the north's biggest convention venues — hosts everything from the Conservative Party Conference to RailTex to The Big Bang Fair. If you're travelling for a trade show, you're usually coming with a team of three to eight, which is exactly when apartments beat hotels on cost.
Our central Manchester apartments sleep four to ten, have a kitchen for breakfast meetings, and put you 5–15 minutes on foot from the Manchester Central front doors. VAT receipts available on request for corporate bookings.
Getting to Manchester Central Convention Complex
On foot, Manchester Central is 5–15 minutes from any of our Deansgate, Spinningfields or Castlefield apartments. Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink stop is on its doorstep.
From Piccadilly station, it's a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute tram via Deansgate-Castlefield.
Parking & driving in
The NCP under Manchester Central is the closest option. For longer events, park at Q-Park First Street (5 minutes' walk) — cheaper and easier in/out.
Food & drink nearby
For client dinners, 20 Stories (Spinningfields) and Tattu are a 5-minute walk. For quieter breakfast meetings, Federal and Pollen in Ancoats are a short walk from the venue.

- Often, yes — several of our buildings have 2–4 apartments we manage. Let us know your team size and we'll find the best configuration.
- Is there anywhere good to hold a small team breakfast or meeting?
- Our larger apartments (3-bed+) have dining tables that seat 6–8. For anything bigger, Federal and Ezra & Gil run private breakfast bookings 5 minutes from our flats.
