Yes. Matt or Steph, the people who run the business, answer calls and messages directly. Everything you need to book is on each property page — but if you do need us before or during your stay, we usually reply within the hour, 7 days a week.

Every property has self-check-in with a smart lock or key safe. You'll get the address and access code by email about 24 hours before arrival — no awkward meet-ups, no waiting for keys.

Each property has its own cancellation window — you'll see the exact policy on the booking page before you pay. Most of our stays offer a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

Yes. Stays of 7+ nights usually get a weekly discount automatically, and 28+ night stays get a monthly rate. For corporate bookings (invoicing, VAT receipts, multiple rooms), email stay@citysuperhost.com and we'll sort it.
