Every direct booking includes early check-in from 2pm at no extra cost, so you can drop your bags and get settled sooner.

Are there any booking fees when I book direct?
No. There are no booking fees on our site, and cleaning is included in the total price shown for your dates.
How much do I pay when I book?
On our standard rate you pay 20% when you book, and the rest is charged automatically 14 days before arrival. If you book within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is charged when you book and the booking is non-refundable.
Can I cancel a direct booking?
On our standard rate you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in and get a full refund of what you have paid. Inside 14 days there is no refund. Stays of 22 nights or more are booked on our Long Stay rate, with free cancellation within 48 hours of booking only. The exact terms for your dates are shown before you pay.
How much does a month cost?
