Yes. Weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically when you enter your dates, so there is no code to find and nothing to negotiate. Staying a week or more? Our weekly rates are typically around 20% less than the same dates on Airbnb or Booking.com (checked October 2026).

You pay 20% when you book and the rest is charged automatically 14 days before arrival. If you book within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is charged when you book. On our standard rate you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in, or, where it is offered, choose the non-refundable rate, about 10% cheaper, if your dates are fixed. Stays of 22 nights or more are booked on our Long Stay rate, with free cancellation within 48 hours of booking only. A refundable damage deposit, from £300 depending on the size of the home, is paid through the guest portal once your booking is confirmed.

Yes. For one person, simply book in their name. If you are arranging several people or a longer project, get in touch first. Several of our buildings have more than one apartment we look after, so a team can often stay together, and we have larger homes for crews.

Every direct booking includes complimentary early check-in from 2pm, so you can get settled sooner after an early start.
