Yes. Matt or Steph, the people who run the business, answer calls and messages directly. Everything you need to book is on each property page, but if you do need us before or during your stay, we usually reply within the hour, 7 days a week.

Every property has self-check-in with a smart lock or key safe. Once you've completed your guest portal, your address and access code appear there two days before arrival, no awkward meet-ups, no waiting for keys.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival.

Yes. Stays of 7+ nights usually get a weekly discount automatically, and 28+ night stays get a monthly rate. For corporate bookings (invoicing, VAT receipts, multiple rooms), email stay@citysuperhost.com and we'll sort it.
