LOCATION: The property is a grade 2 listed 18th century cottage, located in the conservation area of old Bowdon, were a 1 minute walk to some lovely pubs and restaurants our favourites being the Stamford, the Griffin and the Ugly Duckling. it’s a short stroll to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Hale and Altrincham Market also! Perfect for a luxurious yet relaxed stay with great links in to city with trams and a train station nearby. THE BEST BIT: Quiet, cozy and all yours, What more could you want! WIFI: We have superfast Wifi! Airbnb have verified our wifi in the fastest category at 143 Mbps KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook (tea and coffee provided). DINING AREA: Even if you’re not cooking there’s space to eat your takeaway! TRANSPORT Hale Station (Northern Trains, Mid‑Cheshire Line) is the nearest, approximately 17 minute walk from the property Altrincham Station (Northern & Manchester Metrolink) lies around 1.6 km 18 minutes walk, with frequent trams into central Manchester PARKING: We have free on street parking right outside our house. GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS: Our private garden and outside dining area is great for spending precious times with loved ones. We have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (sheets provided, small £15 fee). We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets, please let us know in advance if you need a cot. BOOK NOW! You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. Direct bookings include free early check-in from 2pm. Late check-out can often be arranged for a small additional fee, just let us know. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
