LOCATION: We are located in the beautiful village of Bowdon, one of the most prestigious and peaceful suburbs in Greater Manchester. Known for its leafy streets, historic mansions and village charm, it is a short stroll to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Hale and Altrincham Market. Perfect for a luxurious yet relaxed stay. SECURITY: Privacy and security guaranteed with 24/7 CCTV and a private gated entrance. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years old BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite and a private balcony overlooking the garden Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite Bedroom 3: Double bed with en-suite Plus a downstairs toilet. We supply shower gel and shampoo in every bathroom. LIVING AREAS: Two living areas. One open plan with a large corner sofa and a large Samsung Smart TV. The other beautifully designed with two large sofas and a Smart TV, connected to our dining room. WIFI: Fast WiFi verified by Airbnb at 71 Mbps. Good for streaming or working from home. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Tea and coffee provided. DINING AREA: A lovely space for family meals or a takeaway. PARKING: Large private driveway with space for 3 cars. GOOD FOR FAMILIES AND LONGER STAYS: Our private garden and outside dining area is great for spending time with loved ones. We have a washer and dryer for longer trips. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: Fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. Direct bookings include free early check-in from 2pm.
