This penthouse apartment sits in the heart of Ancoats, just a 30 second walk from Cutting Room Square, surrounded by some of Manchester's best bars and restaurants including Rudy's Pizza and the Michelin starred Mana. The apartment comes with one free secure parking space underneath the building, a rare find in the city centre. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds plus an ensuite shower. The living room has a double sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and the spacious living area features Sky TV and fast WiFi. We have a washer dryer in the property, great for longer stays. We provide fresh linen and towels for every guest, plus iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, tea and coffee. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay. We are pet friendly. Please add your pet as a guest when booking as there is a small additional charge.
