The space

Welcome to our modern two bedroom apartment in a peaceful residential building, just a short drive from Manchester city centre. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage. There are two bathrooms for your convenience. The open plan living area has a smart TV and opens onto a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee with complimentary tea and coffee provided. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. A washer dryer is also available, making this a great choice for longer stays. We provide fresh linen and towels for every guest, along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo, and shower gel. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay. We are pet friendly so your four legged friends are welcome too. WiFi runs at 140 Mbps so you can stream in 4K and join video calls without any issues. One free secure parking space is included with your stay, located in the building car park.

Guest access

You will have full, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. Direct bookings include free early check-in from 2pm. Late check-out can often be arranged for a small additional fee, just let us know. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival. You will receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property. You will also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore, complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

The neighbourhood

The apartment sits in a sought after riverside location combining peaceful living with easy access to everything Manchester has to offer. The Bridgewater Canal runs nearby, and you are within walking distance of Deansgate and Castlefield, two of the city's most popular areas for dining, bars, and culture. The neighbourhood is known for its modern residential developments, independent cafes, and a relaxed atmosphere. Hulme Park is just around the corner for a morning walk or jog. HOME, Manchester's centre for international contemporary art, theatre, and film, is a short walk away. The area is popular with professionals and visitors alike thanks to its central location and excellent transport links.

Getting around

Cornbrook Metrolink tram stop is around a 10 minute walk from the apartment. From Cornbrook you can reach Manchester city centre in just a few minutes, and there are direct tram connections to the Etihad Stadium, MediaCityUK, Manchester Airport, and Co-Op Live arena. Deansgate railway station is approximately a 15 minute walk away, with regular services across the north of England. Manchester Oxford Road station is also within reach at around 20 minutes on foot. One free secure parking space is included with your stay in the building car park, so you do not need to worry about finding somewhere to leave the car. Uber operates throughout the city and is a quick, convenient option for getting around at any time of day.
