The space

BEDROOM: Located on a quiet street in the city centre, the bedroom features a comfortable double bed with fresh linens for a restful night. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings throughout the apartment. LIVING AREA: A cosy living room with stylish decor, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The sofa extends into a king size sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests in total. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a Delonghi coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and a washing machine. DINING AREA: A fold away dining table seats up to 4 guests comfortably and doubles as a workspace if you need to catch up on work during your stay. BATHROOM: A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: Air conditioning to keep the apartment cool during the warmer months. Fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.

Guest access

You have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. Direct bookings include free early check-in from 2pm. Late check-out can often be arranged for a small additional fee, just let us know. Self check-in is available, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival. You will receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property. The neighbourhood

Perfectly situated between the buzzing Northern Quarter and Ancoats, one of Manchester's best areas for independent food and drink, including the Michelin starred restaurant Mana. The area is packed with independent coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and vintage stores, all within a few minutes of your door. Ideally placed to explore the city centre on foot, with excellent transport links nearby.

Getting around

TRAM: Shudehill tram stop is around a 7 minute walk from the apartment, with connections across the city including to the Etihad Campus, Manchester Airport, and MediaCityUK. TRAIN: Manchester Piccadilly station is around a 10 minute walk, with direct services across the UK including London, Birmingham, Leeds, and Liverpool. Manchester Victoria station is around a 15 minute walk. The property is easy to reach by public transport from anywhere in the UK. PARKING: NCP car park on Goulden Street (M4 5FR) is a short walk from the apartment at around £5 per day. UBER: Uber operates throughout the city.

Very good location and responsive host. Check- in was easy and the apartment was clean. Unfortunately, the shower water wasn't very hot and the apartment was missing cleaning supplies but overall the accommodation was good value.

Nice apartment, but there’s no lift so me and my partner need to carry buggy up n down every time we go out. Other than that we had a really nice time and my baby loves the apartment! She couldn’t stop walking around 😆
