Three double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a stylish open plan living space with Sky TV, Netflix and superfast Hyperoptic WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Right in the heart of the city centre with restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep. Paid parking available opposite the building at Q-Park Piccadilly Gardens.

The space

This stunning duplex apartment is beautifully finished throughout and spread over two floors. The open plan living and dining area has a large comfortable sofa, Sky TV with Netflix and superfast Hyperoptic WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Bedroom one has a double bed. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has a double bed. There are two modern bathrooms with showers. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.

Guest access

You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. Direct bookings include free early check-in from 2pm. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival. You will receive a digital guidebook with everything you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions and how everything works in the property. Manchester Piccadilly station is just a two minute walk away, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and most major UK cities. This makes the property incredibly easy to reach from anywhere in the country. Piccadilly Gardens tram stop is also a two minute walk, connecting you to every corner of Manchester including the Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford, MediaCityUK and Manchester Airport. Paid parking is available directly opposite the building at Q-Park Piccadilly Gardens. Uber operates throughout the city.
