LOCATION: You're tucked away in a peaceful residential area with quick access to Manchester city centre and the airport. A quiet, comfortable base for families, professionals, or longer stays. TRANSPORT: Regular trains run to Heald green from the city and that station is a 10 minute walk away. PARKING: There’s space for 2 cars on the Driveway THE BEST BIT: Spacious, quiet, and well-connected – ideal for work trips or family stays. We stayed here for over a month whilst works were being carried out on our house. We had a great stay and our three boys loved the big garden. The area is lovely the the neighbours were really friendly. Highly recommended.

All round excellent, great amenities, good for shops and services. Only gripe was refuse collection, thank goodness the host have a private contractor because the council is a nightmare.

Lovely place and excellent hosts. Had issues with locking the backdoor and supplying a cot but they sorted it immediately. Unfortunately the noise of the central heating really distracted us sleeping. Had a really loud banging noise when it hits the temperature.

Great place to stay but beware they do want a deposit to stay - thankfully, they were really helpful and they waived this for our stay but would have been a hassle if they had upheld it
