Place was exactly as described, very clean and we had very clear check in instructions. Good transport via tram for the city centre and lots of space downstairs which was great for our group.

Easy to get in. Had not been cleaned but quickly sorted and offered a £30 refund which I’m awaiting. Disappointed that there were not enough seats for us all to sit in the dinning room. Had to request enough glasses and knives and fork as not enough nut again both were sorted. Q…

We had a fantastic stay in Crumpsall, with great transport access to Manchester it made our stay a breeze! The house was perfect for our needs, spotless on arrival and a pleasure to stay in; we'd come back anytime!
