Please note, we do have scaffolding up while our cladding is being replaced. It shouldn't affect your stay, only that the view is blocked. The space

You'll have the entire apartment to yourselves, a bright, open space with canal views and access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and Smart TV with Netflix. The apartment comes fully equipped: 32-inch Smart TV with Netflix, private bathroom with free toiletries, oven, microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every stay. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay. Perfect for a city break, with everything you need for a great stay in Manchester, whether long or short.

Guest access

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. The neighbourhood

The flat sits right on the canal in Ancoats, one of Manchester's most exciting neighbourhoods and packed with independent restaurants, bars and cafes. There's an amazing Thai cafe a stone's throw from the flat. You've also got a local shop with all the usual essentials, and New Islington tram stop is right on your doorstep if you want to explore further.

Getting around

New Islington tram stop is 30 seconds' walk from the front door. One stop to Piccadilly station (3 minutes), two stops to the city centre at Market Street. Trams run every 5 minutes. Co-Op Live arena is two stops by tram. Hop on at New Islington, off at Etihad Campus. Prefer to walk? It's about 15 minutes into town, cutting through Ancoats and into the Northern Quarter. Uber operates throughout the city. Parking: paid parking is available at New Islington (2 minutes' walk) for around £7 per day. There is also free on-street parking 1 minute from the flat from 12:30pm on Saturdays and all day Sundays.

Would definitely recommend, was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great location in terms of getting to city centre as well as Coop Live which was only a 20min walk away.

Buena zona, muy tranquila. El pequeño problema es que actualmente están en rehabilitación y, si tienes el sueño ligero, es posible que te despierten. Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de Piccadilly (a 20 minutos andando) y a 25 minutos a pie del Etihad Stadium.

We had a short but good stay in Manchester, flying in to watch the footie. The flat is in a perfect location as the Northern Quarter is only a 10 minute walk away and getting to Piccadilly Station takes around 15 minutes. If you want the tram stop New Islington is right next door…

Pros - great flat and location, very accessible to tram which is right opposite to the building and shops are just 5 mins walk. The kitchen was in good shape and everything worked as expected. Improvement- could have had more supplies for wash, bath and dish cleaning, for longer…
